Whats your Genius - Innermetrix Seminar
Deirdre Coghlan Murray and Michael Kilcullen attended a seminar in Scotland recently. This seminar was entitled “What’s Your Genius” and focussed on the findings of a worldwide research study which took 7 years to complete, was carried out over 23 countries and included over 197,000 participants.

The Author, Jay Niblick is also the co-founder of Innermetrix Inc.

The study found that the 2 most significant factors affecting a person’s success in a role is their level of Self-Awareness and their Authenticity to their natural talents.
