For the most part, we are facilitators. The only person who can actually 'get' you the job is YOU, so the more effort you put in, the more we can help.
What makes you different ?
Obviously we want your skills and qualifications but we want to know more. You'd be surprised what makes someone suitable for a position. What motivates you? Where do you want to be in five years time? What are your strengths? What are your limitations?
Do you look like your CV (and vice versa) ?
A well presented, brief but comprehensive CV is a trailer for the main feature - you.
Why are you moving ?
Are you running away from something? Or toward something? The way you're thinking shows in your manner - think positive, look forward.
Be yourself.
