Working with Clark

Soon after contacting Clark Recruitment, you will be invited to meet one of our consultants. Listening to you gives us a more rounded view of your skills, your personality and your experience. If you have been with a recruitment consultant before, you'll notice our interview takes a little more time - 60 minutes, on average. We find more time spent here, can speed things up later on.

Having met you for the first time, listened to what you want and seen you through an employers' eyes, your Clark consultant can now assess your potential.

Assessments

It is important that we know what level of skill you have in various technical areas. We have invested in the latest on-line testing tools and may need you to complete some assessments. These can be done in your own time and space. You will have the opportunity to improve your skills by undertaking on line tutorials.

When a position comes in, we will discuss it with you in detail. If you have a definite interest, we will arrange to meet you and prepare you for:

  • The type of interview to expect.
  • The company culture.
  • Any specific requirements of the job.

We will then arrange a time for you to meet with our client.

Obviously, our aim is to get you the position you want as soon as you want it. Finding that job, however, may depend on how "in demand" your experience and skills are.
