Edel Smyth, Consultant
Edel has over 10 years’ experience in sales, business development and relationship management gained mainly within the Property and Construction sectors. Edel holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Property Studies and is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland. Edel is very customer focused and is passionate about helping people to achieve their full career potential. Edel seeks to expand business operations and deliver a unique client experience.

Niall Browne - Senior Consultant. Office, Accountancy & Food & Agri.
Niall has 6 years experience in Recruitment and Human Resources and joined Clark in September 2012 as a Senior Consultant. Niall has worked on large recruitment projects for leading multi-national clients as well as providing bespoke consultancy on senior appointments. Holding an Honours Bachelor of Business Studies from DCU, Niall has a real passion for recruitment and partnering with clients to ensure the right fit for your organisation.
Niall is now enjoying the challenge of applying his skills and experience developed in one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies to the local business community.
He is also a keen sports person having represented his county at minor, under 21 and senior level in gaelic football.

Stephen Farrell, Senior Consultant, Clark Office & Accountancy
Stephen joined Clark in April of 2008 having worked in the Services Industry for a number of years specialising in Sales, Personnel & Recruitment Management. Stephen studied Marketing & Business Studies with Behavioural Science in Dublin Business School & Carlow Institute of Technology. Stephen is also a Certified Innermetrix Consultant having completed the Innermetrix Certification Program in 2010 and a Qualified Psychometric Assessor. Stephen has successfully managed projects for senior financial, marketing, logistical and administrative recruitment campaigns within the private and public sectors while also sitting on senior executive interview panels for specific posts. Stephen also manages the ‘Preparation for the Workforce’ course working with second levels schools in Leinster providing students with an insight in to how to prepare for todays’ job market.
Stephen is very customer focused and is eager to combine his years of experience with his current knowledge for your benefit. A real people person, he looks forward to working with our clients and candidates.
