The performance of each Clark Office Temporary is monitored and assessed on an ongoing basis. This allows us to reward and encourage outstanding performance and ensure high standards are being maintained.

Overall work performance
At Clark Office we like to recognise the hard work of our Temporary staff.
Each month based on feedback from our clients we select one of our Temps who have excelled in their assignments as our Temp of the Month. We will come out to visit you on site and present you with our customised Temp of the Month gift and a certificate!
At the end of each year we announce our overall Temp of the Year.

Joy McConnell 'Temp of The Year' 2011

Every Year we award one of our active working temps with 'Temp of the Year' based on the feedback from the clients they have worked with in that year. Today we are delighted to announce Joy McConnell as Temp of the Year for 2011. Joy has been temping with Clark for the past two years and the feedback from the many clients she has worked with has been excellent. We have found her to a very personable and professional individual in all of our dealings. Congratulations Joy and thank you for your flexibility and commitment to Clark and our clients.
