What is Temping?
A "Temp" (or temporary member of staff) is someone employed by Clark Recruitment who works on site at the clients premises on a temporary basis and is paid an hourly rate.
Temporary staff are hired for various reasons:
- Holiday or Sick leave.
- Maternity or Paternity Leave
- To help with end of month or quarter workloads
- To overcome head count issues
- To handle peaks in workload
A temporary role becomes available when one of our clients contacts us with a short-term position. These roles are generated as a result of planned or unplanned absences within their company.
Temp assignments offer you variety in work and duration. You will gain the experience of working in a number of different environments and industries.
