    • Collaborate closely with Account Manager to streamline field sales campaign operations.
    • Compile detailed client reports post-field activity to analyse performance.
    • Assist in recruiting personnel for campaign requirements with a good understanding of the recruitment process.
    • Screen CVs for campaign personnel recruitment, paying attention to detail and ensuring the correct match for the role.
    • Perform data entry and offer administrative support to the field team.
    • Manage general administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
    • Address internal and external queries and fulfil information requests promptly.
    • Coordinate work bookings via phone and email efficiently.
    • Utilize Microsoft Office tools extensively, including Excel and Outlook.
    • Work efficiently under tight deadlines to meet campaign objectives.
    • Attend team briefings to stay aligned with campaign strategies and goals.

Required Attributes:
    • Experience in a similar position
    • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Processing/data entry experience
    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
    • Experience in FMCG desirable but not essential.
    • Exposure and understanding of screening CVs and matching the right person to the role is essential.
    • Must be deadline driven and result orientated
