Position: Assistant Store Manager
Location: Kildare Village, County Kildare
Role Overview: As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the day-to-day management of the store, including opening and closing procedures
- Providing leadership and guidance to retail staff to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance
- Training and developing team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
- Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock management
- Implementing store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees
- Assisting with scheduling and payroll administration
- Collaborating with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and store goals
- Previous retail management experience, preferably in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and customer service best practices
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
