Responsibilities:
- Tracking new sales orders, inputting them into our CRM system, and ensuring timely invoicing
- Accurately recording revenue in management accounts for appropriate period allocation
- Managing prepayments, accruals, work in progress, and major debtor accounts
- Conducting monthly overhead analysis and reporting on stock and fixed assets
- Oversight of company bank accounts, credit cards, accounts receivable, and payable
- Managing year-end audits and Irish/UK VAT, Intrastat, and VIES returns to revenue authorities
- Handling payroll duties
- Day-to-day entry of sales and purchase invoice
- Brings years of experience to the table
- Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in Sage and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with Brightpay is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ready to spearhead improvement initiatives, delivering significant value
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within the team and with customers
