In addition to organising files, your duties will include:

  • Handling financial tasks like account reconciliation, and invoice processing
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal staff members

Key Attributes:
  • IT literate with including Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational abilities are prerequisite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Prioritise work well
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
