The Opportunity:
Endress+Hauser are establishing a HR Regional Shared Services Centre for EMEA (27 countries) and the Irish Head Office located in Kill, Co. Kildare is the chosen location.

This newly created position will support the Head of HR RSS EMEA and work as part of a team of 4
Ensure that accurate and timely workforce analytics are provided to management
Co-ordinate and execute workload to ensure that SLA’s are adhered to
Proactively manage escalations ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at all times
Act as first point of contact for employees, managers and HR for enquiries related to HR data administration

It’s all about you:
You will be educated to degree level in HR or a relevant discipline
You will have a minimum 4 years’ experience in a core HR function with specific experience in customer service and HR process design, transaction support and employee administration
You will have worked in a HR team ideally in a global organisation
You will be highly organised with a strong consultative approach and have effective communication skills with an ability to influence stakeholders
