PHECC, Temporary Business 

Clark provides a number of services to the Pre Hospital Emergency Care Council, including the provision of temporary staff across a range of skills, qualifications and specialisations.

Following a successful tendering process, Clark was responsible for sourcing temporary staff for PHECC. We now manage these temporary staff, looking after payroll, rostering and ongoing recruitment, as they fulfill duties on behalf of our client and their associates, both on site and off.

We have also helped to recruit a Client Services Manager for PHECC and a number of temporary staff including Clerical Officers, Receptionists and front desk co-ordinators for specific purpose and fixed term contracts. A dedicated Project Manager within Clark is responsible for the operation of all staffing provisions. Quarterly meetings are held where all parties to discuss performance, share ideas and proactively plan ahead.

Case Studies – Value Retail 

Since 2006, Clark has been contracted to manage recruitment at Value Retail, Kildare Village, on behalf of its two parent companies ‘Value Retail Management’ and ‘Kildare Retail Services’. This involves recruitment of temporary, contract and permanent employees across a wide range of skills and qualifications, including:

Clark processes payroll for temporary personnel weekly, with payment directly into individual bank accounts. We oversee and manage all other aspects of employment administration from statutory deductions to holiday pay. 

We produce weekly and monthly reports, analysis and working records for our client. To ensure quality and performance standards are being met, a review meeting is held each month. This allows all of those involved to exchange feedback, learnings and to map out staffing plans for the months ahead.
